Welcome to Listing Media Kit (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website located at listingmediakit.com. By using our site or services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to receive emails from us related to scheduling, delivery, marketing, or service updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those messages, though we’ll still email you regarding your active bookings and deliveries.
When making a purchase through our website, you may be asked for payment and billing details including credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. All prices are listed in USD. Charges will appear as “ListingMediaKit” on your bank or credit card statements. Payment is due upon checkout.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have authority to grant us access to the property. The property should be cleaned, staged, and photo-ready. We do not move furniture or perform cleaning. All pets must be removed or secured during the session. Any special shot requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Media will be delivered via a downloadable gallery in JPEG and/or MP4 format. Media is typically delivered in 24 hours (next business day).
All content created by Listing Media Kit — including photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging — is protected under U.S. copyright law and owned by Listing Media Kit.
Clients are granted a limited-use license based on the type of project purchased. Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, no media may be resold, altered, or repurposed outside the scope of the original agreement.
Our goal is to deliver work that hits the mark the first time. In the event that adjustments are needed, we’re happy to make them. To keep turnaround fast and quality consistent, we ask that all revision requests be submitted together in a single, consolidated note rather than in separate messages over time. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a re-edit fee will apply, as working photo and video files are auto-purged after 48 hours.
Before submitting revisions: We strongly recommend sharing the draft or gallery with your client first so their feedback can be included upfront. This keeps the process clean, reduces unnecessary back-and-forth, and gets your final product to you faster.
Photo Revisions: Minor exposure, color, and retouching adjustments are included. Requests to re-edit images with a significantly different look or style, or to add enhancements not included in the original order, will be quoted separately.
Floor Plan Revisions: Minor labeling corrections, dimension updates, and layout clarifications are included. Structural changes or requests that require a full redraw will be quoted separately.
Video Revisions: Timing adjustments, minor text edits, color refinements, and other small changes that fall within the scope of the original project brief. Changes that require reopening and re-editing the project, such as swapping music after the edit is complete or incorporating new footage, fall outside standard revisions and will be quoted separately.
You or a representative must be present if specific shots or preferences are needed. If no one is present, our interpretation will be deemed acceptable.
For the safety of our media professionals, we will not enter a home with a loose pet. If no one is home to crate or remove the pet, we will reschedule the shoot and 100% of the fee will be charged. If a media professional is injured due to loose animals, the homeowner is liable.
If a person or pet damages the media professional’s equipment while on-site, the homeowner is liable.
No other services are to be scheduled the day of the shoot (showings, cleaners, lawn care, repair work).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listing Media Kit and its team against any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from misuse of our content or services, including property access or licensing violations.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
